Hey friends, just a quick note to say thank you for all the feedback lately.
I’ve heard your concerns about AI-generated art, and I want you to know I’ve taken them seriously. While creating audio will always be my main focus, I understand that the visuals matter too, and that for many, the use of AI art raises real ethical questions.
I’ve used generative AI in the past to help bring many of my silly ideas to life, but I’m now actively reducing that.
A few files already in the pipeline still feature AI art, but going forward I’ll be dialing it back more and more. I may also look at replacing older covers with art I’ve drawn myself or commissioned directly from artists.
For some covers, I might still use local AI tools trained only on my own art and free stock photos. My machine runs entirely on renewables, and if I’m stealing from anyone… it’s just me.
And on that subject, here’s me taking DAYS to draw my new profile pic:

A quick reminder for those upset by AI use; I’ve commissioned many pieces of art, spending hundreds of dollars this year alone. So I have ALWAYS supported artists and genuine creativity, and always will.
Covers are, and always will be, the dressing, not the main course, but I do care about the community, and I want this space to feel respectful, creative, and welcoming for everyone.
Thanks again for being here, and for helping me grow.
Love Yall.
