A three-part hypnosis training series designed to help you become a better, more responsive hypnotic subject.
If you’ve ever struggled to fall into trance, or wondered whether hypnosis is “working”, or simply want to become better at responding to hypnotic suggestions, this series is designed for you.
Rather than simply trying to directly hypnotise you, these sessions build your skills as a hypnotic subject, and start by teaching you how to participate in the process.
I use simple exercises, your own imagination, repetition and trance practice to build your skills as a hypnotic subject, opening the doors to wonderful and profound experiences you will find in my files, or in many other hypnotists work. You will explore how to focus more completely, how to recognise hypnotic responses, how to follow suggestions, and over time, find how ALL of this, happens without you having to do a single thing.
The three parts are:
Part 1: Respond
Learn to focus, utilise your imagination and actively participate in suggestions, noticing how they feel to you when you do.
Part 2: Allow
Learn to do less, as you explore how responses can begin to happen out of your awareness, without conscious intervention.
Part 3: Experience
Learn to fall, as you put your skills together and discover just how quickly and naturally you can respond to my suggestions and attain deep hypnotic trance.
Over the series you will get better at shutting out distraction, focusing your mind, allowing suggestions to take hold, and falling into a deep hypnotic trance state.
Learning the dance of hypnosis.
