Train Of Thought

Join me for a little while, as I ponder with you, the idea of thought itself.
How a thought can be like a train.

Always moving. Always onward. A train of thought… carrying you off somewhere.

And whilst you listen, whilst you think, you may start to notice that relaxation growing. And you can allow your mind to focus and you can follow along to the sound of my voice, of my whispers and enjoy the journey.
